PARK HOURS

Lake Wheeler Park is temporarily closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The park is tentatively scheduled to re-open in mid-April.

Lake Wheeler Park is open from dawn to dusk every day from April through September and is closed on Mondays from the beginning of October to the end of March.

BOAT HOURS

All boats can get on the water as soon as the park opens. The park opens at dawn or 7:00 AM, whichever comes first.

All boats must be off Lake Wheeler either 30 minutes prior to sunset or by 8:15 PM, whichever comes first.

NO WAKE HOURS

No wake hours are on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM for the entire lake.
